Sandvik Group in Spain and Portugal is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve machine‑related issues across the aftermarket business. You will deliver advanced technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, contribute to service quality, and collaborate with distributors and the factory.

The role reports to the Aftermarket Sales Director and offers learning opportunities to progress into broader technical responsibilities through on‑site visits,

Formación

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mining, Industrial or Electrical disciplines.
• Advantage: additional training in mining/construction equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems, or maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze basic technical issues and perform initial diagnostics.
• Provide technical support to the aftermarket team and customers under supervision.
• Participate in customer site visits for learning purposes and field support.
• Assist in warranty claim processes with documentation for factory coordination.
• Support technical communication with factory functions and with distributors in Portugal.
• Participate in internal and external training programs and contribute to internal technical documentation.

Educación
