Recruiter4you in Barcelona, Spain is seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to grow our performance marketing network. You will focus on acquiring new publishers, developing partnerships and driving revenue through affiliate channels.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills and an English-speaking capability; Ukrainian/Russian a plus. You will work with advertisers and internal teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.

Formación

• Experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within an affiliate network.
• Strong network of publishers and proven ability to acquire partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of campaign performance metrics.
• Commercially driven, proactive and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; Ukrainian and/or Russian are a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

The role will focus on acquiring new publishers, developing existing partnerships and driving traffic, conversions and revenue through a performance-driven affiliate network.

• Identify, acquire and onboard new publishers, building long-term commercial relationships.
• Manage and optimise existing publisher partnerships to maximise performance and revenue.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, emails, meetings and industry events.
• Work closely with advertisers and internal sales teams to understand acquisition needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and implement initiatives to improve results.
• Forecast revenue and ensure KPIs, traffic and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, market developments and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within an affiliate network.
