Qualifications

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, including partner acquisition and onboarding.
• Understanding of traffic sources (affiliate networks, Google Ads conceptually).
• Experience in mobile VAS / mVAS / subscription-based digital products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, CET time zone availability.

Responsabilités

• Affiliate Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: source, vet, and recruit new partners; orchestrate onboarding, tracking, and launch coordination.
• Affiliate Growth & Performance: manage revenue, margins, and scale partners based on performance.
• Traffic Quality, Compliance & Risk: monitor quality, handle issues, and ensure compliance.
• Landing Pages & Funnels Ownership: identify effective landing pages, hypothesize improvements, and coordinate execution.
• Reporting & Internal Communication: forecast, report performance insights, and document learnings.
