Job summary

Awin is hiring a Commercial Coordination Specialist to own advertiser onboarding from Closed Won through activation, bridging Sales, Global Technical Integration and Client Services. You will ensure commitments are captured, align stakeholders, resolve blockers and drive timely launches while translating business needs into technical requirements for successful activation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing or similar.
• Background in Account Management, Client Services or Sales Support.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking and onboarding processes.
• Able to translate between commercial and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary commercial contact between Sales, GTI and Client Services for advertisers from Closed Won to launch.
• Coordinate end-to-end handover, capturing commercial commitments and technical needs.
• Maintain visibility of status, milestones, risks and launch dates across teams.
• Verify activations reflect the signed agreement and escalate discrepancies.
• Identify blockers with owners, next steps and timelines; escalate to accelerate progress.
• Engage stakeholders in calls requiring commercial input and translate requirements between teams.
• Suggest improvements to Sales Enablement, Integration and CRM processes.
