Degusta Box is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth in the German market. You will own the full B2B sales cycle, build relationships with FMCG brands, and craft tailored campaigns combining sampling, research, and social media.

You will manage your own pipeline, negotiate, and close deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe. This role offers a hybrid setup with a Barcelona base and frequent international travel.

Formación

• Native-level German and strong professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with FMCG and Food & Beverage brands.
• Develop your own pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline effectively through Pipedrive.
• Understand client challenges and turn them into consultative, tailored solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services.
• Work closely with Operations to deliver successful campaigns.
• Attend food fairs, exhibitions and client meetings across Europe.
• Help strengthen and grow the Degusta Box brand in Germany.
• Take ownership of targets, accounts and market.
