Smartness is a fast-growing travel-tech SaaS company expanding across Europe. We are seeking a German-speaking outbound sales professional to help build our global pipeline, generate high-value opportunities for Smartness Ultra, and set qualified appointments with accommodation providers.

Formación

• 1–2 years of outbound prospecting or lead generation experience in SaaS or tech.
• Strong German language skills (native or professional).
• Ability to engage C-level decision-makers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage high-quality leads, creating qualified appointments.
• Be the first point of contact for potential clients and shape the first impression.
• Meet monthly ARR targets through quality opportunities and conversions.
• Leverage CRM insights to optimize pipeline and strategy.
• Attend 1–2 trade shows per year and meet clients in person.
