Smartness is seeking a Junior Account Manager for the DACH market. You will build strong relationships with hotel owners and managers, understand how they operate, and translate data into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and professional English.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, hotel ops, travel-tech, or similar roles.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and performance data in Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with DACH hospitality customers.
• Understand customer operations, objectives, and market challenges.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Drive product adoption and integrate Smartness into customer workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product to share insights and improve outcomes.
