JD Logistics in Spain seeks a Delivery Operations professional to manage and optimize its 1PL delivery processes. You will ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery to customers, upholding JD.com's service standards.

You will lead route planning, dispatch, and last-mile execution, while monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement across teams. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Mandarin skills are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced operations.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics operations with 2+ years in 1PL or last-mile delivery leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the 1PL delivery network, including route planning, dispatch, and last-mile execution.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage resource allocation: fleet, driver scheduling, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with warehousing, customer service, and tech teams to streamline processes.
• Address delivery issues and customer complaints; use data analytics to forecast demand and optimize routes.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement training for delivery personnel.
