JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is seeking a senior leader to design, launch, and scale Spain's last‑mile delivery network. You will own end‑to‑end operations from network planning to service quality, working with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.

You will drive multi‑site execution, carrier partnerships, and cost efficiency while ensuring top performance and compliance with global standards. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Last‑Mile Operations: significant experience in last‑mile delivery, express parcel, e‑commerce logistics, courier ops.
• Multi‑Site Operations: experience managing multi‑site delivery operations, depots, or regional networks.
• Network Launch & Scaling: launching/expanding last‑mile networks; greenfield/rapid growth preferred.
• Carrier Management: managing third‑party carriers, DSPs, subcontractors, or partners.
• Operational Excellence: understanding of station operations, route planning, driver management, cost structures.
• Data‑Driven Management: strong analytical skills to use operational data for decisions.
• Leadership: ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: English and Spanish fluency mandatory; Mandarin a plus.
• Local Market Knowledge: knowledge of Spanish last‑mile market.

Responsabilidades

• Network Expansion & Operations: lead planning, launch, ramp-up, and management of delivery stations across Spain.
• Last‑Mile Performance: own country-level last‑mile performance metrics and service quality.
• Carrier & Courier Management: manage DSPs, carriers, subcontractors and partner fleets; support negotiations.
• Network Optimization: optimize routes, station capacity, and fleet resources for growth.
• Cost Management: improve cost-per-delivery while maintaining service levels.
• Team Leadership: build and develop local last‑mile teams and station management.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work with Commercial, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Technology and more.
• Reporting & Governance: establish reporting routines and communicate performance to leadership.
