Job summary
Veepee is seeking a technical onboarding and support specialist for sellers based in Barcelona. You will guide sellers through onboarding on our internal platforms, assist with catalog integration and back-office trainings, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth onboarding.
You will work with the sales team, monitor progress, document procedures, and contribute to process improvements. Fluency in English and German is required; a hybrid work model with remote days is offered.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical support.
- Able to identify and analyse technical issues.
- Experience in marketplaces.
- Good communication, logic and organisation skills.
- Rigorous and proactive profile.
- English and fluent in German.
Responsibilities
- Explain and guide sellers through onboarding on internal platforms.
- Train sellers on catalog integration and back-office tools.
- Identify and resolve technical issues for sellers.
- Coordinate onboarding progress with Veepee sales team.
- Assist sellers in adding products to catalogs.
- Support technical aspects for campaigns and connected flash.
- Monitor updates from technical partners.
- Write and update internally shareable documentation.
