Job summary

Veepee is seeking a technical onboarding and support specialist for sellers based in Barcelona. You will guide sellers through onboarding on our internal platforms, assist with catalog integration and back-office trainings, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth onboarding.

You will work with the sales team, monitor progress, document procedures, and contribute to process improvements. Fluency in English and German is required; a hybrid work model with remote days is offered.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Explain and guide the sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms on the German Brandsplace and resolve and assist them through technical problems

TASKS

• Activity 1 : Explain and guide the seller through their onboarding process to our internal platforms / BO: integration of the catalog in our tools, trainings on back offices etc.
• Activity 2 : Find solutions adapted to the seller’s profile on a technical point of view
• Activity 3 : Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team
• Activity 4 : Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems
• Activity 5 : Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part in order to add new products to our permanent offer / catalogs
• Activity 6 : Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part during the preparation of connected flash and campaigns
• Activity 7 : Closely follow the updates from our technical partners
• Activity 8 : Write and update documentations shareable internally and with the sellers and improve proactively our processes
