Palo Alto Networks, Inc. in Madrid seeks an experienced Customer Success professional to support clients after purchase, ensuring their success with our security solutions and driving ROI. You will troubleshoot critical issues and work with customers to optimize their security infrastructure.

You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help turn technical knowledge into scalable customer resources while building strong relationships with clients.

Formación

• 5+ years in Security Operations or Engineering with SIEM, SOAR, SOC, or XDR/EDR.
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and IT products.
• Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Scripting proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Trusted Advisor — acts as the product SME, assisting customers with their product questions and technical requirements, writing scripts, troubleshooting, training and other technical requests.
• Product Experts Collaboration – working with product and engineering teams to ensure customers and partners get the most out of our products.
• Digital First – translate technical knowledge into articles and guides for customers to consume, enabling scalable customer coverage.
