Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Staff Customer Success professional to support clients after purchase and ensure successful adoption of our security solutions.

You will drive ROI and value for customers, troubleshoot critical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize their security posture. This role blends technical expertise with a strong customer-facing focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in Security Operations or Engineering with SIEM, SOAR, SOC, or XDR/EDR
• Familiarity with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and related use-cases
• Strong understanding of enterprise security products, systems, and processes
• Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript scripting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple tasks
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building with customers
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a must

Responsabilidades

• Trusted Advisor - acts as the product SME, assisting customers with their product questions and technical requirements, writing scripts, troubleshooting, training and other technical requests
• Product Experts Collaboration - working together with product and engineering teams ensuring our customers and partners get the most out of our products
• Digital First - Ensure technical knowledge of the team is translated into articles and guides for our customers to consume allowing our customer coverage to scale
