Job summary

Coach in Madrid seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated luxury retail experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and engage clients with fashion advice and product knowledge.

You will use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data, develop personal sales plans, and contribute to strong omnichannel selling. This role requires energy on the floor and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Strong English proficiency for customer interactions.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors in luxury retail.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Ability to build client relationships and use clienteling tools.
• Experience capturing customer data and leveraging it for follow-ups.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Comfort with social selling platforms and data capture.
• Ability to read price and release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
• Support inventory cycles and stockroom organization; assist teammates as needed.
