Coach is seeking a sales associate for our Madrid store to deliver exceptional luxury service and fashion expertise. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales, and represent the brand on the floor with high energy and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include personalized styling, cross-selling, handling transactions, inventory tasks, and contributing to visual merchandising. The role requires at least 1 year in luxury retail, strong English, and the ability to work flexible

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS systems and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency; EU requirements noted.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and clienteling.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach on the floor and deliver brand standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Handle transactions, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and follow policies.
• Support team with inventory and brand initiatives.
• Welcome feedback and maintain professional demeanor.
