Job summary

DATA4 is seeking a Transformation Lead within the Strategy Team to drive the DATA4 Scale program across Europe, aligning processes, governance and capabilities for scalable growth.

You will architect the transformation roadmap, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and mobilize stakeholders around a shared vision while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, management or equivalent field.
• 10 to 15 years of proven experience in transformation, organizational programs or PMO.
• Experience working with senior leaders, executive sponsors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of industrial or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DATA4 Scale transformation program end-to-end.
• Define and manage the transformation roadmap.
• Lead change and adoption across the organization.
• Build a scalable operating model and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate external engagements with partners and consultants.
• Contribute to design of tomorrow’s organization across functions.
