Job summary

Roche is seeking a Data Governance Strategy & Operations Lead to drive transformation across Pharma Technical Operations. You will bridge digital strategy, data engineering and operational realities, leading end-to-end programs and ensuring value realization across global operations.

You will leverage Lean, Agile, design thinking, and organizational change management to scale data-enabled capabilities, while maintaining strict GxP and data integrity standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading digital, data, or operational transformations.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical operations or highly regulated GxP industries.
• 5+ years in top-tier consulting firms (MBB or Big 4).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture and AI/ML applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital initiatives across Pharma Technical Operations.
• Co-own scoping, delivery and value realization of high-impact initiatives.
• Deploy data products, AI/ML models and shop-floor automation into manufacturing.
