Job summary

Linde Saude seeks a Senior Data Lead to own data governance for Homecare Europe, steering the Data Platform and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple countries. You will drive a multi-year Data & AI transformation roadmap and define architecture standards for governance, security, and data products.

You will build pipelines in Databricks using Python/PySpark and SQL, implement Unity Catalog controls, and deliver curated datasets for Power BI and APIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data architecture and data engineering delivering enterprise platforms.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science/Engineering).
• 3+ years hands-on Databricks/Spark/Delta in production.
• Experience establishing governance and access controls (Unity Catalog preferred).
• Experience leading multi-country data or digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance and data platform framework across Homecare Europe.
• Lead multi-year Data & AI transformation roadmap for Homecare RSW.
• Define standards for Data & AI architecture and GDPR compliance.
• Set governance and security controls for data access and lineage.
• Deliver curated datasets for Power BI and downstream APIs.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and runbooks.
