Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced leader to drive Access technology strategy across AI, automation, analytics, and operational tools in Madrid. You will translate priorities into a coherent roadmap delivering measurable business value and ensuring compliance and scale.

You will partner across Access, Markets, Digital, Finance, and Data to align priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and enable adoption of new technologies with governance and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology, analytics, AI and automation in regulated environments.
• Stakeholder management across multiple functions is essential.
• Strong communication and visualization skills to translate complexity into insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into a technology roadmap for AI, automation, analytics and tools.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives across pricing, dossiers, and access processes.
• Shape GTCS-related technology changes and ensure readiness and value realization.
• Design dashboards and metrics to enable data-driven decision making.
