Allianz Services in Barcelona seeks a Data & AI Transformation Expert to lead hands-on data modernization, migration programs, and cloud-native services. You will collaborate with an international team to re-platform legacy estates, decommission old tech, and stand up modern data, AI and GenAI capabilities.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on architectural oversight, and the ability to translate business and data requirements into concrete delivery plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes

Formación

• 5+ years in hands-on data delivery roles, including 2+ years leading data modernization or migration programs.
• Strong hands-on expertise in data engineering, data architecture and solution architecture.
• Experience steering data migrations: legacy-to-cloud re-platforming and decommissioning legacy systems.
• Ability to design pragmatic, cost-aware migration and modernization approaches.
• Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Cross-functional technical leadership across engineering, data, and architecture teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Insurance domain knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the engagement lifecycle: assess current state, design target architecture, define migration strategy.
• Steer data modernization and migration roadmaps, sequencing, and cutover plans.
• Lead technical stakeholder alignment with engineers, architects, and executives.
• Translate business data requirements into delivery plans with timing and KPIs.
• Govern execution: monitor designs, track KPIs, manage blockers, ensure quality.
• Drive continuous improvement: identify new modernization opportunities and best practices.
