Rindus is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a distributed team working from Málaga or remote. The role focuses on Employee Central and Compensation, translating business needs into configurations and supporting the full hiring/onboarding lifecycle.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, strong HR process knowledge, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partake in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Employee Central and Compensation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure SuccessFactors accordingly.
• Support hiring and onboarding lifecycle in Employee Central, including data model configuration and workflows.
• Configure and maintain Compensation templates and guidance for annual reviews and bonuses.
• Serve as technical expert on architecture and integrations with other systems.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integrations.
• Engage with business leaders to propose how SuccessFactors can improve HR processes.
• Conduct workshops and trainings to educate stakeholders on capabilities.
