Rindus in Spain is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors specialist focused on Employee Central and Compensation to join a distributed, international team.

You will configure EC and Compensation objects, lead workshops, and collaborate with HR and IT to ensure smooth integrations across systems. Fluent English is required, German language skills are a plus.

The role offers a flexible working model (office, hybrid or full remote) and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and operation.
• In-depth knowledge of Employee Central and Compensation modules (hiring, position management, comp planning).
• Fluent English; multicultural international team experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with IT and HR to integrate SuccessFactors with other systems.

The Role

Partake in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a primary focus on the Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules, including foundation objects, position management, org structures, workflows, compensation planning, and variable pay templates.

Responsibilities

• Support the hiring and onboarding lifecycle in Employee Central, including new hire data model configuration, hiring/rehire workflows, and integration touchpoints with Compensation processes such as offer and starting salary setup.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders on solution capabilities and usage.

Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the implementation and operation of SAP SuccessFactors. In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules, including hiring, position management, and compensation planning processes. Proficiency in configuration of SuccessFactors solutions. Fluent English. Being part of dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals.
