rindus is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our distributed European team. You will focus on Employee Central and Compensation, translating business requirements into technical configurations and supporting HR processes from hiring to onboarding.

With 3–5 years of hands-on experience, you’ll guide integrations, run workshops, and collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to optimize SuccessFactors use.

Formación

• 3–5 years hands-on experience implementing and operating SAP SuccessFactors.
• In-depth knowledge of Employee Central and Compensation modules.
• Proficiency in configuring SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and Compensation solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configurations.
• Support hiring and onboarding lifecycle in Employee Central, incl. workflows.
• Configure compensation templates and annual merit/bonus cycles.
• Act as technical lead and provide guidance on integrations and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and HR to ensure seamless system integrations.
• Engage with leaders to leverage SuccessFactors for HR process improvements.
• Conduct workshops and trainings for stakeholders.
