rindus Technology S.L. seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant focused on Employee Central and Compensation to join our international team in Málaga, Spain. You will design and implement SF modules, translating business needs into configurations while collaborating with HR and IT.

• 3–5 years practical experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central and Compensation modules
• Proficiency in configuring SuccessFactors solutions
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and Compensation solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configurations
• Support hiring/onboarding lifecycle in Employee Central and its integration with Compensation
• Configure compensation templates, guidelines and worksheets for annual reviews
• Provide solution architecture guidance and best practices
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams for system integrations
• Educate stakeholders through workshops and training sessions
