Job summary

Müller's Solutions in Madrid seeks a skilled SAP SFSF ECP Consultant to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients. You will work with HR teams to understand payroll processes and ensure configurations meet needs.

You will lead testing, training, and support, ensuring accurate and timely payroll runs, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and staying current with regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or IT related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP SFSF ECP or related payroll systems experience.
• Deep knowledge of payroll processes within SAP environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with integration of ECP payroll with other HR modules preferred.
• SAP certifications in SuccessFactors and ECP are a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients.
