Job summary

SD Worx invites an experienced Senior SAP HCM / ECP Consultant to join our international team in Spain, focusing on Nordics Payroll and SAP payroll solutions.

You will engage with clients across Europe, handling requirements, configuration, testing and go-live support, with exposure to S/4HANA, ECP and EC Payroll. A strong communicator with team spirit will thrive here.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Nordics Payroll experience.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP ECP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, PCC, SAP Time Management, SAP HCM or SF certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work with international clients, helping them optimise and transform their HR and payroll processes through SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.

At SD Worx, we’re expanding our SAP practice and are looking for a Senior SAP HCM / ECP Consultant – Nordics Payroll to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience or a strong interest in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) on S/4HANA, and Nordics/Finnish Payroll processes and legislation.

Which tasks can you expect?
