Job summary

Müller\'s Solutions is a leading SAP consulting provider seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team. You will help implement and optimize Time Tracking functionalities and work with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and align HR processes.

Responsibilities include workshops, testing, training end-users, and ongoing support, with a focus on delivering reliable solutions and staying current with SAP SuccessFactors updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking/Time Management modules.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challenges
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members
• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking needs and objectives
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions to meet business requirements
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization
• Assist in system testing, validation, and implementation of time tracking functionalities

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
