ZALARIS Deutschland AG seeks an experienced SAP HCM Consultant focused on Spanish Payroll to guide configuration and support during and after implementation. The role emphasizes compliance with local regulations and delivering reliable support for the SAP HCM environment.

Responsibilities include configuring the SAP HCM PY module for Spain, translation of requirements into functional specs, unit/integration testing, and UAT, plus ongoing service delivery and handling change requests.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configuration.
• Knowledge of Time Management module (advantageous).
• Proven track record in implementation projects and AMS support.
• Fluent Spanish (native or near-native).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Spanish Payroll for a full-time position. The role includes providing configuration support during the project’s implementation phase, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering ongoing support for the SAP HCM environment after go-live.

Your Responsibilities

Implementation & Testing

• Configure SAP HCM PY module with a focus o n Spanish Payroll
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and payroll regulations.
• Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll processes.
• Preparing documentation, test scenarios, and supporting UAT.

Service Delivery & Support

• Provide support for a newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Manage change requests and enhancements in line with customer needs.

Education and experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configuration.
• Knowledge of Time Management module (advantageous).
• Proven track record in implementation projects and AMS support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Fluent Spanish (native or near-native level).
• Good command in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
