Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee Salesforce projects from planning to delivery in Barcelona. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, proven Salesforce experience, and strong communication in English. This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible scheduling and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management roles, leading Salesforce projects.
• 3+ years in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Jira.
• Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High).

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support: solution design, estimation, planning and client expectations.
• Assign and supervise project tasks, vacations and absences.
• Manage project progress to meet deadlines, scope and budget.
• Lead change requests and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Provide visibility of progress to client and CSM, lead meetings and steering committees.
• Establish risk mitigation plans and alert management of deviations.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and lead client demos.
• Lead issue resolution and maintain client satisfaction.
