Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our Madrid team. You will analyze requirements, design and implement solutions, and work with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to high quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Salesforce administration, configuration and consulting, strong English, and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud within Agile environments.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical/functional solutions.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent oral and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Requirements analysis.
• Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
• Provide effort estimations for projects.
• Coordinate with the Omega team and clients to meet project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
• Validate solutions against functional requirements.
• Comply with Omega's software quality standards.
• Produce functional documentation for completed projects.
• Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
