Omega CRM, a Merkle company, is seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead Salesforce implementations from design to delivery in Spain. You will guide the technical direction, support sales and delivery teams, and ensure quality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

The role requires 3+ years in Salesforce lifecycle, strong English, and a collaborative mindset. We offer a permanent contract, flexible schedule, home office, certification path, and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

3+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
Experience in Salesforce.com projects.
Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud with agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical leadership on projects, including solution design and estimations.
Support PM/DM in technical leadership to meet functional demands.
Detect risks, manage scope, schedule and costs, and alert deviations.
Ensure compliance with software quality standards and deliver technical documentation.
Mentor the technical team and drive knowledge sharing and training.
Identify Up & Cross Selling opportunities and improvements for the team.
