Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our team in Madrid. You will analyze requirements, design functional Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, and provide effort estimations for projects.

With 4+ years in Salesforce administration and consulting, you will liaise between clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with agile delivery and quality standards. Remote options and flexible schedules are offered.

Formación

+4 years of proven experience in Salesforce administration, configuration and consulting roles.
Fluent written and spoken English for business conversations.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Experience working under Agile delivery principles (SCRUM).

Responsabilidades

Analyze requirements and design functional solutions in projects.
Provide effort estimations for projects.
Collaborate with Omega team and clients to fulfill project objectives.
Analyze and improve application performance.
Collaborate with technology providers as needed by the project.
Validate solutions against functional requirements and ensure quality standards.
Create functional documentation and share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
