Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a CRM Manager – Salesforce to lead the Data Operations and BI function, overseeing Salesforce CRM, Power BI and related data platforms in a hybrid work environment.

You will develop the team, ensure data quality and governance, and translate business needs into practical reporting solutions that support sales, marketing and management decisions. Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Power BI, plus English and Spanish fluency

Formación

• 5+ years proven experience in a similar managerial role within data operations, business intelligence, commercial systems, or business support functions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data management, reporting environments, and business information systems.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Data Operations and BI function within the organization.
• Oversee the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of key business platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Power BI, SBD 360, product data systems, Nexmart, Home Index, Innoscape, Leroy Merlin platforms, and external market data sources.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, governance, and usability across commercial and business information systems.
• Drive the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI reports, dashboards, and business performance analysis tools.
• Translate business needs into effective data, reporting, and system solutions that support sales, marketing, and management decision-making.
• Act as a key partner to commercial and marketing teams, ensuring systems and data structures are aligned with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and the overall use of business data across the company.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team within the department, fostering a business-oriented, collaborative, and service-driven mindset.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the effective use and evolution of relevant systems and data sources.
• Strengthen data visibility and business insight capabilities to support better and faster decision-making across the organization.
