Ampstek is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager for a hybrid role in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of product management and deep SFDC expertise across the CRM ecosystem to drive enterprise SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities include roadmapping, prioritization, and data-driven decision making, with experience in Tableau and Excel forecasting models. Excellent stakeholder management skills and familiarity with Lead-to-Cash processes are required.

Formación

• 9-12 years Product Manager / SFDC product experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Deep SFDC platform expertise in Funnel/Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements, Master Data.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Lead-to-Cash.
• Strong roadmapping, prioritization and MoSCoW/RICE framework knowledge.
• Able to present to senior sponsors and steering committees.

Title: Salesforce Product Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Permanent Employment.

Job Description:

• 9-12 years Product Manager / SFDC product experience in enterprise Saa S environments, Principal-level product thinking
• Deep, hands-on SFDC platform expertise spanning: Funnel / Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements, Master Data, WXP (Partner/Subscription ecosystem)
• DEEP E2 E SW CRM ecosystem expertise, 5+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud + Service Cloud + Experience Cloud and Lead-to-Cash process & capabilities
• Enterprise-grade product management skills, roadmap prioritization, trade-off analysis, Mo SCo W, RICE frameworks
• Multi-VP stakeholder management, comfort presenting to L3/L4 Sponsors and steering committees
• Data-driven decision making, comfortable working with SFDC dashboards, Tableau, Excel forecasting models
• Understanding of adjacent platforms: WXP (Subscription), SAP OTC, MDM/MADO, CPQ/IQ, Neuron, Contractual + Transactional Selling
• Nice to Have AI/ML product experience (Agentforce, Einstein, Generative AI use cases in Sales/Service)
• HP or Fortune 100 tech industry experience in CRM/SFDC product management at enterprise scale
• SAFe / Scaled Agile Product Management certification
