Babel Profiles seeks an experienced Salesforce Manager to own the platform's strategic evolution amid a technology transformation. You will translate business needs into prioritized Salesforce initiatives and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver scalable enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Formación

• Several years of experience in a Salesforce leadership or management position.
• Proven experience building and leading a cross-functional Salesforce team.
• Defined Salesforce strategy and roadmaps beyond operational delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem across business functions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the Salesforce strategy, vision and long-term roadmap.
• Assess the existing Salesforce environment and improve processes, automation, integrations and performance.
• Act as strategic link between business stakeholders and the Salesforce team.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Salesforce team with clear ownership.
• Plan team structure and resources to scale the function effectively.
• Establish a structured process for prioritising Salesforce requirements.
• Provide leadership visibility on Salesforce performance, priorities and risks.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem evolution across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Drive adoption of new Salesforce capabilities and AI/automation opportunities.
