Girteka, via its ClassTrucks division in Spain, is seeking a Sales Team Lead to steer the sales team while actively selling. You will build customer relationships, win new clients and drive the team's commercial results.

The role combines hands-on selling with leadership responsibilities, budgeting, forecasting, and close collaboration with HQ on pricing and strategy to grow our presence in Spain.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales and business development with team leadership.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Fluent English (B2) required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop own client portfolio and close key negotiations.
• Participate in budgeting and monthly forecasting with HQ.
• Collaborate with HQ on pricing, stock planning and strategy.
• Improve sales processes and ensure excellent customer service.
