Voltrac is building autonomous electric tractors and seeks a senior salesperson to own the Spain market. You will convert early interest into deployments, run on-site demos, and close multi-month deals while shaping the regional go-to-market and partner network.

You will work directly with the founders and the existing sales team, traveling across Spain, with relocation to Valencia supported if needed. Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Formación

• 4+ years selling agricultural machinery or industrial equipment.
• Proven record closing multi-month high-value deals.
• Established network in Spanish agriculture.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the pipeline, pre-orders and purchase agreements in Spain.
• Sell on the ground with demos and pilots; structure pre-order contracts.
• Define go-to-market and regional prioritization across Spain.
• Build dealer and service-partner networks in local markets.
• Report market intelligence to founders and inform strategy.
