Concentrix is seeking a Sales Representative (Spanish-speaking) in Barcelona, a hybrid role in the High Tech industry. The position welcomes a bilingual candidate to engage with resellers and drive partner program adoption.

You will respond to inquiries, identify business opportunities, and support product information for inbound and outbound contacts. The role requires strong communication and organization with a team-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish plus advanced English.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Well-organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program.
• Respond promptly to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if needed.
• Provide basic information on products for inbound/outbound inquiries.
• Detect high business opportunities.
• Act as main entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities.
• Process callout campaigns based on predefined reseller lists.
• Execute specific marketing on products and services.

What you will do in this role

As a Sales Representative in our team, you will:

• Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. Drive answer when time need to find appropriate answer
• Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails
• Detect High Business Opportunities
• Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
• Process callout campaign based on a predefined list of resellers
• Process specific marketing on products and services
