Recruitment Apple Lovers seeks a Sales Representative to engage Dutch-speaking customers by phone and email in a dynamic environment. You will identify upsell opportunities, guide clients to optimal solutions, and close deals with enthusiasm while following up on warm leads.

Training is provided to support your success. The role emphasizes strong communication, a commercial mindset, and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes within the printing or design industry.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Dutch (oral and written).
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Strong communication skills and engaging personality.
• Commercial mindset with drive to meet/exceed targets.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with private and business customers by phone and email.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with private and business customers by phone and email
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
• Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm
• Follow up on warm leadsno cold calling required
• Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations
• Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement
• Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality
• Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essentialwe provide full training
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes
• Passion for sales and an interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
