Recruitment Apple Lovers seeks a Sales Representative to engage Dutch-speaking customers by phone and email in a dynamic environment. You will identify upsell opportunities, guide clients to optimal solutions, and close deals with enthusiasm while following up on warm leads.

Training is provided to support your success. The role emphasizes strong communication, a commercial mindset, and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes within the printing or design industry.

Formación

• Native/fluent in Dutch (oral and written).
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Strong communication skills and engaging personality.
• Commercial mindset with drive to meet/exceed targets.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential; full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with private and business customers by phone and email.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Guide customers to the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm.
• Follow up on warm leads; no cold calling required.
• Assess client needs quickly and offer tailored recommendations.
• Log customer interactions accurately and share feedback for improvement.
• Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.
