Huawei is seeking a final-year student or recent graduate to join the Young Talent Program as a Junior Account Manager or Solution Sales Engineer in Madrid (onsite). You will engage with partners and customers, support commercial processes, and collaborate with Solution, Sales, and Operations teams to drive business opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Up to 1 year of experience (internships or junior roles welcome).
• Strong interest in commercial roles, partner management, and business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner Engagement — interface for small customers and projects; support partners with run-rate growth.
• Public Tender Review — monitor and export daily tenders; identify opportunities for Huawei participation.
• PoC & Demo Support — deliver basic demos and fixed PoC cases; assist solution teams with PoC environments.
• Internal Process Coordination — coordinate loan requests, contract changes, and PO workflows with HQ.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration — work with Solution, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Documentation & Reporting — prepare and maintain commercial docs and follow-up records.
