Broadvoice is seeking a Sales Engineer in Madrid to be the technical voice of GoContact, our cloud CCaaS platform, for partners and customers across Spain. You’ll build and run demos, set up IVR menus, routing and queues to show a prospect what their contact center could look like, and answer the technical questions that move deals forward.

This role is remote, based in or near Madrid, with about 20% travel within Spain to meet partners and customers.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in or supporting contact centers (BPO, vendor, or in-house).
• Experience configuring contact centers/telephony: IVR, queues, skills, routing, hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deliver GoContact demos for partners and prospects, remotely or in person.
• Run technical discovery to understand current contact center setup and pain points.
• Configure demo/POC environments: IVR, routing, queues, after-hours handling, reporting.
