Job summary

Broadvoice is seeking a Sales Engineer in Madrid to be the technical voice of GoContact, our cloud contact center platform, for partners and customers across Spain. You'll build and run demos, set up IVR menus, routing and queues that show what their contact center could look like, and answer the technical questions that move deals forward.

This role is remote, based in or near Madrid, with about 20% travel within Spain to meet partners and customers.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in or supporting contact centers with measurable metrics.
Experience configuring contact centers or telephony platforms (IVR, routing, queues).
Ability to present and demo software to customers clearly.
Professional fluency in Spanish and English; written and spoken.
Willingness to travel within Spain ~20%.

Responsibilities

Build and deliver tailored GoContact demos for partners and prospects, remotely and in person.
Conduct technical discovery of prospect's contact center and needs.
Configure demo and PoC environments: IVR, routing, queues, reporting.
Prepare technical sections of proposals and RFIs/RFPs with sign-off from your manager.
Support partner sales with product training and fast, accurate technical answers.
Capture customer requirements and feed them to Product with context.
Move stalled deals forward and hand closed deals to implementation.
