A leading company in travel management is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the Benelux market. The ideal candidate will have a native level of Dutch and a good command of English, with at least one year of relevant experience or a degree in a related field. We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) who wants to contribute to our Sales Team's growth and success.

Your role in BizAway
  1. Research and prospect new clients in the Benelux Market.
  2. Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints.
  3. Present our solutions to Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.
  4. Propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve sales processes and growth.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Executive and team in a positive feedback loop.
Your basic qualifications
  • Native level of Dutch and good level of English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Documents to work in Spain (NIE, TIE, Spanish Bank account, social security number, etc.).
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS sales, Business Travel, or Start-ups.
