Cross Border Talents in Barcelona seeks a Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist (German Speaking) to oversee onboarding for EU clients. You will run onboarding sessions, coordinate with Sales/Marketing, and ensure a smooth handover process.

The role requires German and English at C1 level, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and at least 20 months in Sales/Marketing. CRM and marketing tools experience is a plus, with health insurance and career development opportunities provided.

Role Description:

We are looking for Onboarding professionals across EU to join International firms to execute the onboarding process for new clients

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the onboarding process for new clients
• Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and product walkthroughs
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for smooth client handovers
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to support client acquisition and onboarding
• Handle outbound calls to engage, follow up, and support new and existing clients
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion

Requirements

• C1 or higher level of German (written and spoken)
• C1 or higher level of English (written and spoken)
• Bachelors degree or higher is preferred
• Minimum 20 months of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities
• Experience with CRM and marketing tools (preferred)
