Cross Border Talents in Barcelona seeks a Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist (German Speaking) to oversee onboarding for EU clients. You will run onboarding sessions, coordinate with Sales/Marketing, and ensure a smooth handover process.

The role requires German and English at C1 level, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and at least 20 months in Sales/Marketing. CRM and marketing tools experience is a plus, with health insurance and career development opportunities provided.

Formación

• German language at C1 level (written and spoken).
• English language at C1 level (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 20 months of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute onboarding for new clients.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, trainings, and product walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for smooth handovers.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to support client onboarding.
• Handle outbound calls to engage and support clients.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion.
