About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and onboard new business clients, ensuring smooth adoption of digital advertising tools.
• Understand client objectives and design tailored marketing strategies to meet their goals.
• Provide consultative guidance on campaign structure, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers across the DACH market.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Utilize analytics and AI insights to drive campaign performance and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all client information is accurately managed and documented in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Native or C2‑level German and fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven client‑facing experience, ideally in an international or high‑stakes environment.
• Strong understanding of the German market, including business culture and data privacy (GDPR).
