Deliverect is expanding its Implementation & Consultation team to guide enterprise clients through seamless technical integrations. You will lead multi-project deployments, train users, and tailor the platform to client requirements, delivering measurable value and strong relationships.

We seek a proactive communicator with 1–3 years in client-facing SaaS roles, comfortable troubleshooting and collaborating with sales and product teams to improve processes and outcomes.

• Proven track record delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools (Grafana, Sentry) and logs analysis.
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and ticketing (Zendesk).

Your Impact:

As an Implementation Consultant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by guiding key customers through a seamless technical implementation process. Your direct engagement and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions, fostering long-term client relationships, and directly contributing to Deliverect's growth and impact.

This will be either a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in a local European office and 2 days from the comfort of your home. Or a fully remote role working from the comfort of your home dependent on your location.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market) managing timelines and client expectations while making decisions on project execution and escalating significant scope changes (approx. 40% of the time).

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform, and provide hands-on support during and post-implementation to resolve technical issues (approx 30% of the time).

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, configuring the Deliverect platform to align with specific client needs and delivering customised solutions using your deep knowledge of our product suite and integration capabilities (approx. 30% of the time).

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation, escalating complex problems to Engineering or Product teams and ensuring timely resolutions for clients (approx. 20% of the time).

• Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation workflows and platform enhancements (approx. 10% of the time).

What you will Bring:

• Fluency in English is required & any additional languages are a plus.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as an Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Specialist or Technical Account Manager, preferably within a SaaS company.

• A proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid-market or enterprise clients.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.

• Familiarity with logging and error monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Sentry) and the ability to delve into logs to troubleshoot.

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is preferred.
