IKIGAI Talent Group is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and implementation after the sales process. You will be the primary contact from contract signature through launch, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring milestones are met on schedule.

You will manage multiple SaaS implementations, define clear plans, and collaborate with Product, Development, Customer Success, and Sales to resolve issues.

Formación

• 3+ years of SaaS implementation or onboarding experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing customer projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proactive ownership of customer outcomes and problem solving.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and software platforms.

Responsabilidades

Requirements

• Bring 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Show strong organization and attention to detail when managing customer projects.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Take proactive ownership of customer outcomes and solve problems resourcefully.
• Work confidently with software platforms, troubleshooting issues and coordinating across teams.
