IKIGAI Talent Group is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding and implementation after the sales process. You will be the main contact from contract signature through launch, coordinating stakeholders to keep implementations on schedule.

You will own end-to-end processes, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with Product, Development, Customer Success, and Sales to resolve issues and improve onboarding. This role offers a hybrid working model with Barcelona-based work.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, or similar client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing customer projects.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer implementation and onboarding process for new customers.
• Manage multiple customer implementations with different timelines, requirements, stakeholders, and priorities.
• Define clear implementation plans, milestones, responsibilities, and target launch dates.
• Lead customer kickoff and implementation meetings while proactively moving projects toward launch.
• Coordinate data migration, account configuration, content setup, integrations, and customer training.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Customer Success, and Sales to resolve implementation issues and improve onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bring 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Show strong organization and attention to detail when managing customer projects.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Take proactive ownership of customer outcomes and solve problems resourcefully.
• Work confidently with software platforms, troubleshooting issues and coordinating across teams.
